Jam Jar

In this transition, each of us has become future-ready even before we thought of it, similarly, we have also obtained so many options unlatched. When we were kids, we all wanted to become a doctor, someday a lawyer, or maybe run a business or something. Skip to 20 years and you see different career choices right in front of you. The follow-up question is how does one know which career is best suited for them? So, I happened to recently read this book The Defining Decade by Meg Jay- which had a very beautiful case study I’d like to share. It is called the Jam experiment, so they choose a local grocery store to understand one's life choices. So, there were two conditions, one which has six flavors available for tasting, whereas in the second condition it has six plus the eighteen more flavors of jam. Cut to the chase study showed that the twenty-four-flavor table attracted more attention yet resulted in fewer buyers. Shoppers flocked to the exciting array, yet most became overwhelmed

The diary of a young girl by Anne Frank

I am so grateful that this lockdown has made me catch up with my reading habit. Just so I recently read a book  named "The Diary of a Young Girl" Now again if you have desire to read something historical and encouraging you should definitely give it a shot.

Giving you little gist it's a story of a 14 year old girl Anne Frank who has articulated her thoughts in a diary, when they had to hide in an attic behind a bookshelf during holocast. First and foremost this book has literally given me the motivation to stay up at home. Reason being there were times when she had longing to behold nature when she couldn't. Her writings are so unfiltered which had showed clarity of what she really sensed.

Anne, somehow always had a constructive approach and had patience  which if you see one must possess. When she wrote "If we can save even one of our friends, the rest doesn't matter" her family always believed in helping people no matter what the situation were. I personally found her writings interesting date by date, because by the time you reach midway you learn up so many things about people you have to come across in your life too and mainly how to deal with them. There were days when she used to be emotionally happy or sad and the way she has penned it you can literally get the vibe of what she felt.

When she talks about her friends and family ever bit of it she makes us realise that even though not everyone is "real" but you still need them in your phases of life. When it comes to wanting or craving of love she has explained in most easy wordings "You can be lonely even when you're loved by many people, since you're still not anybody's 'one and only'"  that at the end when you are exhausted and would be grateful to talk to that one person about something meaningful and be happy to be back with. If it's love, suffering, family, friends, life, patience, health, career or anything she always that faith in God and always had morales, which is equally essential for us to persist in.

Anne's believe in solace for every sorrow, whatever the circumstances for that nature can always bring comfort perhaps tells me that there is always light at the end of the tunnel. That even though things may not be good but beauty remains, even in misfortune.
Always keep your spirits up! Nobody needs to wait before starting to improve the world, also one should live life as much one can because you never know when it could end.

Thankyou.
Also I warmly recommend you to read it, and I am sure you'll love it.
