Jam Jar

In this transition, each of us has become future-ready even before we thought of it, similarly, we have also obtained so many options unlatched. When we were kids, we all wanted to become a doctor, someday a lawyer, or maybe run a business or something. Skip to 20 years and you see different career choices right in front of you. The follow-up question is how does one know which career is best suited for them? So, I happened to recently read this book The Defining Decade by Meg Jay- which had a very beautiful case study I’d like to share. It is called the Jam experiment, so they choose a local grocery store to understand one's life choices. So, there were two conditions, one which has six flavors available for tasting, whereas in the second condition it has six plus the eighteen more flavors of jam. Cut to the chase study showed that the twenty-four-flavor table attracted more attention yet resulted in fewer buyers. Shoppers flocked to the exciting array, yet most became overwhelmed

Becoming: Michelle Obama

Michelle Obama is someone who I always looked upto. I am moved by her personality and her desire towards teeny boppers.

Recently I watched her documentary based on bestselling book by the same name "Becoming". Honestly I was verklempt by the end and it was just the instinct for me to share.

I like the thing about her about how she challenged things, when someone who told her that her going to study at Princeton was too big to think and lo and behold she made it happen.
Someone who is so amenable and is on the loose to talk about her vulnerability and the deep things what every youth feels.

"We can't afford to wait for the world to be equal to start feeling seen." Her words are so rousing that it's just not about whining instead start creating an impact, the world will adjust.
Determining what your self-worth is plays a major role. She leads a perfect example for me of how to stay grounded even when you reach for the sky.

It's just that whatever seems ordinary to do and nothing to some of us, is just the power to establish.  From having a beautiful love story at the same time also paying attention to her profession. However it's always so captivating to see them together on camera. Realising that our happiness doesn't really rely on someone making us happy.  A quality of Michelle Obama that has always stood out to me is her sheer authenticity. And the fact that she talks so openly about her struggle after becoming First Lady is groundbreaking.  As she says that we need to wake up and do our jobs, now that's significant even when you feel like giving up. Michelle's perspective towards raising her children is remarkable. Maintaining the perfection scale from facing the Racism till fighting whatever has come over.
Crave for the change and her leadership skills fascinates me the most.

I love the way she portrays herself.

I hope you guys liked it.
Also strongly recommending you to watch it on Netflix.
Do tell me your views on it.
Thankyou for pulling out time and read!
