In this transition, each of us has become future-ready even before we thought of it, similarly, we have also obtained so many options unlatched. When we were kids, we all wanted to become a doctor, someday a lawyer, or maybe run a business or something. Skip to 20 years and you see different career choices right in front of you. The follow-up question is how does one know which career is best suited for them? So, I happened to recently read this book The Defining Decade by Meg Jay- which had a very beautiful case study I’d like to share. It is called the Jam experiment, so they choose a local grocery store to understand one's life choices. So, there were two conditions, one which has six flavors available for tasting, whereas in the second condition it has six plus the eighteen more flavors of jam. Cut to the chase study showed that the twenty-four-flavor table attracted more attention yet resulted in fewer buyers. Shoppers flocked to the exciting array, yet most became overwhelmed

Learn to listen

Listening is often the only thing needed to help someone. In today's world of high technology and stress, genuine and attentive listening has become rare.  A very simple activity of listening when not done leads to unnecessary strain and suffering. World is easy place to live in if you have right person to listen, whom you could endless rant with no guilt what so ever.  Lending a ear to someone is best you could do when that person is at their lowest. Listen to them like you listen to a kid, try to put yourself in their shoes, hear out how one feels, don't analyse the statements and give judgments over the same. Acquire information; listen to understand people and situations before responding over it. Make sure not to mirror back with your problems as it may sound disrespectful. While it may be often difficult for you to listen to that person use your mind make mental notes and be present trust me even these small act can make a huge difference.  Taking everything into account,
