Jam Jar

In this transition, each of us has become future-ready even before we thought of it, similarly, we have also obtained so many options unlatched. When we were kids, we all wanted to become a doctor, someday a lawyer, or maybe run a business or something. Skip to 20 years and you see different career choices right in front of you. The follow-up question is how does one know which career is best suited for them? So, I happened to recently read this book The Defining Decade by Meg Jay- which had a very beautiful case study I’d like to share. It is called the Jam experiment, so they choose a local grocery store to understand one's life choices. So, there were two conditions, one which has six flavors available for tasting, whereas in the second condition it has six plus the eighteen more flavors of jam. Cut to the chase study showed that the twenty-four-flavor table attracted more attention yet resulted in fewer buyers. Shoppers flocked to the exciting array, yet most became overwhelmed

Emotions

Emotions are just so sensitive and obviously difficult to understand on an individual level. Just so I felt the need to talk about how I feel at that phase. I just hope you can resonate, at some level.

For me and maybe most of us keeping our mental architecture is top most priority, but yes sometimes you get stuck at a certain thought and then you find nothing is going right off the path.

It's a deadlock, you just don't like to talk to anyone. It is a sense where you just want to disconnect or maybe isolate with the rest of the world. Also it's a static in your brain, and you are just so unfocused. Sometimes when you are physically present and emotionally into some other zone.

When you fear to share your emotions to people as they mirror back saying "I feel the same way." World where everything is running through Artificial Intelligence it has almost forced us to be their slaves.
Sometimes we tend to forget human string of compassion, hope, dreams. Instead we aid to the evil. Our biological mind seem to have gotten up into shuffle.

All in all, I would just like to say is connect through environment, talk to your dear ones, each one of us goes through a breakdown and that's OKAY!

Do share your views on it, and let me know if you feel the same or not.
