Jam Jar

In this transition, each of us has become future-ready even before we thought of it, similarly, we have also obtained so many options unlatched. When we were kids, we all wanted to become a doctor, someday a lawyer, or maybe run a business or something. Skip to 20 years and you see different career choices right in front of you. The follow-up question is how does one know which career is best suited for them? So, I happened to recently read this book The Defining Decade by Meg Jay- which had a very beautiful case study I’d like to share. It is called the Jam experiment, so they choose a local grocery store to understand one's life choices. So, there were two conditions, one which has six flavors available for tasting, whereas in the second condition it has six plus the eighteen more flavors of jam. Cut to the chase study showed that the twenty-four-flavor table attracted more attention yet resulted in fewer buyers. Shoppers flocked to the exciting array, yet most became overwhelmed

It's okay to keep few questions unanswered in life.

There are always unanswered questions which remain in some part of our lives and the curiosity hits us at some point of life. Like should I ask what actually it was? Should I stay or leave? Why does that person makes me feel like that? and which leads you to ask yourself who are you?
The intriguing possibilities of self doubt can crunch your heart but in the long run you'd realise it was perfect choice made. Rather than being harsh on yourself and have a closure it's okay to keep it unresolved as naturally you'll get the grounds of why it happened.
There have been occurances, just some paradigm I notice; where I felt to get a closure on certain relations, decisions that didn't work for me, why did someone make me feel in that specific way etc. Of course a person like me would dwell upon the same. However I observed that when I shifted my energy and focus to more significant things in life not only did I elevate and evolve but things started automatically making sense to me. Know the difference between starving your ego and feeding your soul.
Nevertheless this does that not mean that you are avoiding the important talk. Everyone has a different way of handling things in life but this is what has certainly worked for me and maybe can work for you too. In such times our anxieties raise a barrage about what's next? it's natural to come off to anyone but it's totally upto us how do we want to take it. Life is full of surprises there are always better things off the hook. So sleep upon this thought; is it worth giving your time and energy?
Think.
Thankyou
